Webster, MA – A mom, who wishes to remain anonymous for reasons that will become obvious, may have inadvertently caused the end of the world in what started as a rather innocuous fight between her children.

Each one argued that it “wasn’t fair” that the other one got something one time that they didn’t, or something equally as stupid.

Fed up with the bickering, their mother chided, “Oh no! It’s the end of the world!” Her eyes then rolled so far back in her head, she was momentarily unable to see anything.

When they rolled back to the front of her head, she was shocked at the sight before her. Fire was raining from the sky, and the ground was full of cracks and crevices, growing larger by the second.

“All these years I’ve been making light of the end of the world to mock my children!” she shouted over the sound of all the chaos. “I just had no idea that the world could literally end because of some ridiculous ‘injustice’ my kids made up just so they had something to fight about! I mean, really?! I’m so sorry, everyone!!!”

Let this be a lesson to all parents – mocking your kids could bring about the end of civilization as we know it.

Although I suppose it doesn’t matter since this mom already caused the end of the world. So, do whatever, I guess. Godspeed.
