First, it was the dress. Is it black and blue? Or is it white and gold?
Depending on the time of day, lighting in the room, and amount of wine in my cup, I could see both if I tried really hard. But mostly, I saw neither. (It is blue and gold. DUH.)
Then, it was the glossy legs. Are those some super shiny legs? Or are those regular legs with white paint here and there?
At first, I saw the gloss. My God, so much gloss! But once I found out what it really was — regular legs with white paint here and there — I never saw the gloss again. (What I wouldn’t give just to see that gloss one more time. Why do you have to play me like that and then just take it away, brain?)
Now, it’s this bowl of mystery substance. Are those olives? Or is it chocolate?
Clearly, it’s chocolate. I mean, clearly. Right? RIGHT?
