What the Elf? The Male Romper Trend Takes On Christmas

Tired of wearing that same old tacky Christmas sweater that lights up year after year? Looking for a gift for the man who has everything? Want to add a bit of spice to your Christmas morning onesie tradition?

US retail company, Get On Fleek, has what you never knew you needed this holiday season.

Ho ho ho. No no no.

The male romper first took the fashion world by storm thanks to Chicago based company RompHim and their infamous Kickstarter campaign. Not one to miss out on this style revolution, Get On Fleek has hopped aboard the “I’m out of my elfing mind” fashion train and is offering a line of Ugly Christmas Rompers. Available in a variety of festive prints, these are sure to become a Yuletide tradition. At least, that’s what Get On Fleek is hoping.

According to Get On Fleek’s website, these rompers feature “short sleeves, attached shorts, collar, button top, zipper fly and front pockets.” They are also “printed front and back on premium fabric and guaranteed to never crack, peel or fade.”

Sounds lovely. But, hells to the jingle bells. I am all for spreading some holiday cheer. Lord knows, the world could use some. Shoot me some eggnog, hang up the mistletoe, crank up the Christmas tunes. But male rompers? That’s a hard pass from me. But should you be so inclined to make a complete fool of yourself at your annual company Christmas party, or wig out your extended family at Grandma’s Christmas dinner, here are your options.

In the mood for a sexy Santa?

Or, because that dang Elf On A Shelf wasn’t enough to mess with an already good thing, why not have an Elf romper to go with him?

Maybe you prefer a more classic ugly design?

Jewish? Not to worry. There’s one for you too, and “It’s Lit.”

For a bargain price, you can be a proud wearer of the latest holiday fashion trend. But you better hurry. According to their website, these are going quickly.

The short romper not your thing? A bit too risque for turkey at Great Aunt Mabel’s? Perhaps a bit chilly on a snowy Christmas Eve? Get On Fleek is also offering an Ugly Christmas Sweaters line for those who prefer something a bit more traditional. Choices include the Stripper Ugly Christmas Sweater, the Weed Ugly Christmas Sweater, the “It’s Lit” Ugly Christmas sweater, the Kim Jong Un Ugly Christmas Sweater, and my personal favorite:

The Donald Trump Ugly Christmas Sweater

There you have it, folks. Finding it difficult to find your holiday spirit? In the Bah Humbug doldrums? You can always try shrouding your inner Scrooge in one of these holiday delights.

Romp on, crazy elves.
