This Lisa Frank Flat Will Make Your Inner 90s Child Go Wild

If you were the kind of 90s chick who liked her school supplies to look like a unicorn humped a rainbow and squirted out fuzzy sticker glam all over your backpack, then you’re gonna get hit right in the nostalgia with this news. Apparently a Los Angeles rental property that has been decked the fuck out Lisa-Frank-style is going to be available for booking as of October 11th.

The property, which is courtesy of Hotels.com, will be modeled after the popular 80s and 90s stylings of Lisa Frank. Lisa Frank designs are known for their bright rainbow palette, neon, and cartoon depiction of animals like dolphins and unicorns.

If you’re thinking, “Hmmm, not sure what you’re referring to,” then you’re either too young to have lived through this craze that adorned every tween girl’s binder, or you must have blacked the fuck out for a couple of decades. The 90s were a helluva drug.

The property, which is being called “The Lisa Frank Flat,” is being advertised as “A 90’s Kid’s Dream Room.” There are wall murals, window displays, and enough rainbows to choke a Leprechaun colony. Whatever you’re envisioning, turn the drama and tacky factor filter settings up by about 250% and maybe you’ll come close to imagining the kind of garish nonsense that’s going on there.

And I AM SO HERE FOR IT.

10-year-old me was all about them holographic stickers and vivid notebooks. I would have given every single one of my jelly shoes away for the chance to even stand in a room like this once upon a time.

The flat is available for booking only until October 27th. Super limited edition. It is full of 90s candy and all sorts of nostalgic school supplies (Trapper Keepers, anyone?) and is the perfect thing to flaunt on your Instagram feed to pretend you aren’t really just starting to show the telltale signs of deep, irreversible aging. YOLO.

The cost will be about $199 per night and will be very limited, as it is only available for a couple of weeks. But really, can you put a price on living out your tween dreams?

Bookings open on Friday!
